Drop-off and Pick-Up Procedures:
Our building and entrance is located on the South end of the school on 97th Avenue.  A staff member will be outside on the circular driveway in front of our building to receive your child for easy, convenient drop-off between 8:55-9:15.  Arrivals after 9:15 will need to park and walk their child in.

We have two pickup areas depending on your daughter/youngest siblings’ grade level.

A.  The pickup is for Pre-K and K is at the main Casa Campo building.
Two dashboard signs will be provided to each family.  Please give them to the two people who will be most likely pick up your child.  Only individuals with the signs will be allowed to pick up your child.  If someone arrives to pick-up without a sign, they MUST pull over to the side and provide an I.D.  We will then verify if that person is on the list authorized to pick-up. If not, we will contact the parent before releasing the child.  At 3:20, any remaining children will be escorted to the Somerset Bay After Care program and parents will pick up there and pay their additional fees directly to them.  If parking at any time, please be sure to park in the designated park lots only.

B.  The pickup entrance for 1ST – 6TH GRADE is located on the west side corner of SW 97 Avenue and 96 St. Parents will enter by the Somerset Academy main office building entrance (second entrance traveling south on 97th Ave.) cross 96 Street and drop-off child under porte cochere.  Counselors will be waiting at these points for your convenience and will assist the child into the car. In the event you need to get out of your vehicle, you are welcome to park in the parking spaces provided near the facilities so the line can keep moving at a good pace.
